Account notes bloopers..

Ilan lang to sa mga mejo funny na notes sa mga accounts ng customers namin.. la lang. feel ko lang i-share.. :)



**dsanI02 : cust has severe mental issues. please be careful in what you say to her. she needs to have everything explained to her in detail...

**customer got mad when i told her no credit would be given and hung up do not give credit for this issue!!!!!!!!!! ----(irate agent?)

**mniemc01- customer called in her number has been changed to avoid horrasing calls. 2days after the number was changed the person has called agian. the customer is very frustrated and concerned about her doughters life. the police is in volved in this matter. the nuber has been changed agsin today. customer thinks that there is someone in (tu-tooot) who is giving out this number. if cust calls back for the third time about this issue she will cancel service with (tu-tooot) nand says she will not pay the eft.. -----(speaking of typo mistakes while feeling customer's concern!)

**MWOOLD01- cust reports fon is excessively hot. referd to servc cnter for immediate diagnostics.

**jkl4806 - 'cust does no anyone to access to the account inless they vefier the pass, and no tin#.' ----(blind agent???!!! too many typo errors!!! )

**kcrawf01 - s/w mrs customer phone was programmed incorrectlly/ reporgammed made customer happy/she did say she rated me as 10 ----(yeah ryt?!?)

**rgrann02 - cust:call in saying that she was being bill of another account...and she has know idea about this and she would like to remove this off her name there fore it would ruin her credit report so be advise this matter should be solve in the nearest company store...----(whaaaaaat????!!!!)

**jmonte- customer hung up ----(condolence...)

**rlopez25 - Thanks to ***********jrocha06************i have to made all these changes to the acct i open a new line without activation fee and i apologize to the cust bc the las cust svc ********jrocha06********* leave on the line until the cust hang up****v07 (read this jrocha06!) ----(hehe!)

**nmilho01 - Man call in giving this name and id # wanting to set up a new acct. cust needs to be aware of this. says this was her boyfriend but acted VERY VERY VERY starnge and hung up!!! ----(that 'starnge' huh?!)

**LHENDR10 - CCI VERY UGLY ATTITUDE (AHH.. KALA KO UGLY CUSTOMER CALLED IN) SAID THE SPC IS STARTING TO REALLY SUCK SHE COULD NOT VERIFY PASSWORD ON THE ACCT. NOT REALLY SURE THAT THIS IS THE CORRECT PERSON AND SHE HUNG UP.

**ajohn061- CCI TO GET THE LOCK CODE TO ACTIVATE THE FONE TOLD HER IT WAS THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF HER SOCIAL AND THEN SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDNT KNOW HER SOCIAL THEN ANOTHER WOMAN GOT ON THE PHONE AND SAID THAT SHE WAS THE ACCT HLDER SHE ALSO DID NOT KNOW HER SOCIAL I WOULDNT GIVE THEM SOCIAL BECUZ I THIN THAT THEY R OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW THEIR OWN SOCIAL (FONES WERE ADD SUB)---> ANG SO-SOCIAL TALAGA NG MGA ONAKS! :)
